You Will Always Lose A Loved One

Everyone in the world will always loose a loved one. Just a few months ago I lost a loved one, my uncle. He was really close to my family. I can relate to a few months ago. It was a nice sunny five days. In those thirty-five hours he built in a new floor for my family. That floor is located in my kitchen. That floor will always stay in the kitchen for how beautiful he made it look. He also did some other work around the house like build in a new light for the bathroom, help my father in different parts of the backyard and helped me, my sister, my dad, and my mom place the pool we had for the summer down.

Loosing a loved one may be hard to come over but most people get over this tragedy.  But then again most people don't. I know my uncle would want me to stay strong. So I did what I knew he wanted me to do.  And I know for a fact in my mind that he is very proud of me.                  

This is basically what he did for people such as friends and family. He helped people that either needs help doing it or wanted to do it. I will never forget my uncle and what he did for people.

In my opinion I personally think that twelve year olds should be able to select their future careers. My reasoning on why they should be able to choose their careers because when you turn the age of twelve you simply become a pre-teen. Becoming a teen/ Pre-teen seems like a very big responsibility. Plus twelve year olds start to mature too. As a twelve year old myself I think that I take responsibility for actions. I also think that I totally respect the consequences for what ever I may have done wrong. Their are also a bunch of other reasons why twelve year old should their future careers.

When I grow up I would love to be a professional basketball player and an artist. If I had to choose one I would be a professional basketball player. I would like to have this as my future career because I know a lot of plays. I know how to play and because their is a bunch of money involved. I mostly wanna play because it is my favorite sport. I play this game with my friends almost every week. Their was also a point in time when I joined for a league. My team for that league went undefeated for two years in a row. I had to stop playing for this league because I had to move to a different city. Yeah, I was disappointed but I knew I was going to meet other people from another neighborhood.

Pursuit Of Happiness

I think that the Pursuit of Happiness was a good example to show kids.  I kind of know how it feels to be told that they are good at something. I think it is a good idea to show this to kids is because many people in the world don't think about what they say before they say it.  When Will tells Jayden that he won't be a basketball player, it discourages him and then I realized why did he just do that.  Then I also thought to myself, " Did I ever discourage someone like what Will just did to Jayden"?

I realized that I did one time. I remember some of the things that I said to this person to make them feel discouraged. Now I feel really bad for my actions. I feel really bad because now I realize it may have affected their life, It hurt this person's feelings, and I will never get a chance to make up for what I have done. I wish I had one more chance to tell this person that "I am Sorry."

Facebook

Facebook is a social networking website that launched February 2004. In January 2011, Facebook had more that 600 million users. That's pretty fascinating.  Facebook is a website where users can create their own profile, add people that you may know, get notifications on what your friends did, and send each other messages. You can also update your statuses on what you are doing if you want.  In the policy when you register, you have to be the age of thirteen or older. The creator behind this beautiful creation is Mark Zuckerberg. 

Mark Zuckerberg is a computer programmer and is an Internet entrepreneur. In the year of 2010, Time Magazine announced him as the Person of the Year.  As of this year, 2011, his wealth came out to be 13.5 billion dollars. That's tremendous! Receiving that much money for creating such a successful website. I know I would like to be Mark right now.  This man is so brilliant. 

After typing this post I learned many things about Mark and Facebook. These are facts that I did not know about before. Thanks for reading this post.

Everyone has had a time where your life has changed unexpectedly. For me, this was when my uncle died. Even though it tough to get through this, somehow I managed to stay strong. In one parrt of me i felt emotional, and in another I felt he wants me to stay strong.

Me and my sister usually spent a lot of time with him. We got a chance to see him every week. He used to take us out on week-ends and treat us as if we were his children. I found him to be a great role-model in my life. This man had courage in everything he did, treated people nice to one another, and never gave up on anything.

When we were with him, he treated us out to ice-cream, let us sleep-over his house, and even took us to very exciting places. Those were basically the only things we did with him except for taking a walk around the neighborhood. Me and my sister used to love when he did that. He said "Hi" or "Hello" to almost everyone we passed by.

Even though him dieing was not easy to pass by, I knew he loved me and my sister and always will. This may be difficult to come over, as I said but I know it will be alright at the end.
